My Story<\/h2>\n

Before stepping into coaching, I spent years in interior design and construction, earned a Master\u2019s degree in Sustainability focused on Green Development (yes, I love all things regarding energy efficiency, sustainable materials, and getting more while using less), and juggled the roles of wife, mother, educator, and friend\u2014often all in one day. Through it all, I\u2019ve learned that change isn\u2019t just inevitable\u2014it\u2019s also where the magic happens. If you let it.<\/p>\n

I know what it\u2019s like to reinvent yourself, to feel uncertain, and to want something more aligned with who you are becoming. That\u2019s what led me to coaching. I\u2019ve retired from helping people design and create beautiful homes and businesses to helping them design and create their best lives. I\u2019m trained and certified by Mindvalley, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. But more importantly, I bring a rich blend of real-world experience to my coaching practice.
