Real Support for Real-Life’s Changes

Hey there, I’d really rather talk about you, but I get it—you need a little more info. My name is Tamara. I’m a certified life coach and experienced human being who knows a thing or two about navigating change (most times gracefully, but sometimes with dramatic flair and questionable snacks).

My Story

Before stepping into coaching, I spent years in interior design and construction, earned a Master’s degree in Sustainability focused on Green Development (yes, I love all things regarding energy efficiency, sustainable materials, and getting more while using less), and juggled the roles of wife, mother, educator, and friend—often all in one day. Through it all, I’ve learned that change isn’t just inevitable—it’s also where the magic happens. If you let it.

I know what it’s like to reinvent yourself, to feel uncertain, and to want something more aligned with who you are becoming. That’s what led me to coaching. I’ve retired from helping people design and create beautiful homes and businesses to helping them design and create their best lives. I’m trained and certified by Mindvalley, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. But more importantly, I bring a rich blend of real-world experience to my coaching practice. I’m not here to give you cookie-cutter advice—I’m here to walk beside you, ask the right questions, and support you as you step into the person you want to be.

My Values & Beliefs

Value

I value time in nature and the quiet space it offers where inspiration arrives without force, and clarity unfolds in the stillness.

Belief

I believe there is perfection in imperfection. Perceived flaws or shortcomings are simply parts of our unique human story, always changing, always expanding. Perfection lives within each of us!

Purpose

My purpose in life is to LIVE IT. My passion is to help others find their way and be kind to themselves in the process.

Belief

I believe everyone deserves to feel confident and resilient enough to handle whatever challenges come their way.

My Approach

  • I start by using tools to help my clients connect with the present moment. Thereby creating a sense of safety and steadiness when external circumstances feel chaotic.
  • I create a safe space for my clients to express their emotions and recognize that discomfort is a natural part of change. All sessions are strictly confidential.
  • I support my clients in identifying personal strengths, values, or tools they can focus on to help them through tough times now and into the future.
